I was a participant in the Boston Marathon 2013 both as a runner and as a fundraiser for Team in Training for the benefit of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. With the benefit and support of my many circles or family and friends we raised the most money ever for an individual in this event. I was asked to speak at the Team in Training Inspiration luncheon two days prior to the run. And given the events of the day I was also asked to speak to our congregation upon my return from Boston.
